Processing time refers to the period required to prepare your order before shipment. This may vary slightly depending on product type, order volume, or production demand.
Business days do not include weekends or U.S. federal holidays.
Estimated Delivery
Most U.S. orders arrive within approximately 5–8 business days after processing.
Delivery timeframes are estimates and not guarantees. Actual delivery times may vary based on destination, carrier performance, and external factors.
Total delivery time (processing + shipping) is typically 6–11 business days.
Shipping Rates
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and selected items.
Tracking Information
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details.
Tracking updates are provided by the shipping carrier and may take time to appear after shipment.
Shipping Coverage
We currently ship within the United States only.
Carrier Responsibility
After an order has been shipped, it is handled by the shipping carrier.
Biliping is not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, weather conditions, or other circumstances outside our control.
However, we will assist customers in resolving delivery-related issues where possible.
Delivery Confirmation
An order is considered successfully delivered when the shipping carrier marks it as delivered to the address provided at checkout.
Lost or Stolen Packages
If a package is marked as delivered but cannot be located:
- Please check with neighbors or household members
- Contact the shipping carrier directly for assistance
- Verify the shipping address used during checkout
We recommend contacting the carrier first, and we will assist where possible.
Address Accuracy
Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information at checkout.
Biliping is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses.
Delays
While we aim to meet estimated delivery times, delays may occur due to high demand, seasonal volume, or carrier-related issues.
Such delays do not qualify for refunds, as outlined in our Refund Policy.
