At Biliping, all items are produced individually under a limited production model. Because products are not mass-stocked or resold, we do not operate a return-by-mail system and do not accept physical returns.

By placing an order, you acknowledge and agree to the terms outlined in this policy.

Final Sale Policy

Due to our production model, orders are not eligible for standard returns. Refunds are issued only in cases where a verified issue meets the eligibility criteria outlined below.

Non-Return Model

Biliping does not accept physical returns.
All issues are handled through claim review and, where applicable, refund resolution.

If a claim is approved, no return shipment is required.

Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be issued for:

  • Incorrect size selected by the customer
  • Personal preference regarding fit, style, or color
  • Change of mind after purchase
  • Minor variations inherent to the production process
  • Slight color differences due to screen settings
  • Shipping delays caused by carriers

Customers are responsible for reviewing product descriptions and size guides before placing an order.

Eligible Cases for Refund Review

Refunds may be approved in the following cases:

  • Verified manufacturing defect
  • Incorrect item, size, or color received
  • Significant damage during transit

Claim Requirements

All claims must be submitted within 15 days of confirmed delivery.

To be eligible, the following must be provided:

  • Clear photographic evidence of the issue
  • Photo of the original packaging and shipping label
  • Order number

Failure to provide sufficient evidence may result in denial of the claim.

Resolution Process

All claims are subject to review.

If approved, a refund will be issued to the original payment method.

Processing time for approved refunds may vary depending on the payment provider.

Biliping reserves the right to determine the outcome of each claim based on the evidence provided.

Fraud & Abuse Protection

We reserve the right to deny claims that appear fraudulent, abusive, or inconsistent with this policy.

Order Responsibility

By completing a purchase, you confirm that all order details (including size, product selection, and shipping information) are accurate.
