All products are produced individually upon order.
Because of this production model, variations in color, print placement, or finish may occur and are considered normal.

Once an order has been shipped, it is handled by the carrier. Biliping is not responsible for carrier delays or delivery issues beyond our control.
An order is considered delivered when marked as delivered by the carrier.
7. Refunds & Final Sale
All sales are final except in cases of verified defects or fulfillment errors.
Refund eligibility, claim requirements, and processing are governed by our Refund Policy.
8. Customer Responsibility
You are responsible for:
Providing accurate shipping and billing information
Reviewing product descriptions and size guides before purchase
Monitoring shipment tracking after dispatch
Biliping is not responsible for errors caused by incorrect information submitted at checkout.
9. Chargebacks & Disputes
Before initiating a chargeback, you agree to contact us to attempt resolution.
